Syria's former Al-Qaeda affiliate Fateh al-Sham Front said it carried out a suicide attack on two security service headquarters in third city Homs that killed 42 people on Saturday, reported AFP.
It said five of its militants had taken part in the assault on two heavily guarded districts in the heart of the city and hailed the killing of the province's military intelligence chief.
