59 Turkish soldiers killed in North of Syria

59 Turkish soldiers have been killed in the North of Syria, reports RBK.

"The Syrian democratic forces mainly consisting of the Kurdish groups declared death of 59 Turkish soldiers in Syrian Radjo," reads the message.

Turkey has been invading Afrine for the past 24 hours.

"SDF had to defend the population from the attack of the Turkish army and its allies. Fights have been on in the western part of Radjo, around the settlements of Beddanly and Hadj-Halil, and near the dike of Meidanki," said SDF representative.

The general headquarters of the Turkish armed forces reported since the operation started 2434 ISIS fighters and Kurdish rebels have been neutralized in Afrine.
