امتحان صدور حکم واسطه‏گری

به اطلاع کلیه علاقمندان می¬رساند، امتحان کارگزاران فیفا در نقل و انتقالات بازیکنان فوتبال (Player’s Agent) براساس اعلام فدراسیون جهانی فوتبال FIFA، در تاریخ 10/01/88 در ساعت 10 صبح برگزار خواهد شد.

به گزارش سایت فدراسیون فوتبال، شرایط شرکت‏کنندگان در آزمون:

1-ارائه مدرک تحصیلی (حداقل دیپلم)
2-ارائه کپی کارت ملی و کپی شناسنامه
3-ارائه 2 قطعه عکس 4×3
4-ارائه فیش 000/000/1 ریالی (یکصد هزارتومان) به شماره حساب 20925868، نزد بانک تجارت، شعبه سپهبد قرنی، صاحب حساب فدراسیون فوتبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران
5-تکمیل فرم درخواست با حضور در کمیته روابط بین¬الملل فدراسیون (طبقه چهارم فدراسیون فوتبال)
مدت ثبت نام از ساعت 8 صبح 26/11/87 تا ساعت 16 بعدازظهر 12/12/87، بدیهی است به درخواست¬های بعد از تاریخ یاد شده، ترتیب اثر داده نخواهد شد.
