China hopes other countries do not abuse national security rules to impede normal investment, Vice Commerce Minister Qian Keming said on Saturday.
Qian, speaking at a news conference on the sidelines of China’s annual meeting of parliament, said some countries had increased barriers for foreign investment, which had caused concern for Chinese companies.
