Business Working With Russia 'Afraid' of US 'Unpredictability'- Ambassador
Following the US-Russia Business Council (USRBC) in New York, the Russian Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov has said that the US businesses executives were wary more of their own government's policy rather than the sanctions against Russia.

Following the US-Russia Business Council (USRBC) in New York, the Russian Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov has said that the US businesses executives were wary more of their own government's policy rather than the sanctions against Russia.
"On the sidelines of the meeting I asked US businesses one and the same question — do sanctions create obstacles for your work? Of course, everybody told me that sanctions are a bad thing. I absolutely agree with them. I asked the colleges what their problem is. [They answered] that it is a lack of predictability… All partners said that it is [unpredictability] from the US side [not from the Russian side]," Antonov said in an interview with Channel One.
USRBC promotes US-Russian trade relations, provides strategic advice for member companies and helps to expedite access and networking opportunities with political and business leaders.
Besides Ambassador Antonov and Russian Minister of Trade and Industry Denis Manturov, world-renowed experts and business executives from the US and Russia participated in council to provide strategic advice for member companies and to work out the networking opportunities with political and business leaders.
The USRBC annual session took place in New York on October 26-27.
