Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, the Iranian Parliament speaker and head of Iran’s negotiating team, outlined Tehran’s explicit positions regarding negotiations with the United States in a three-point message posted on his X account.
“We obtain concessions not through talks, but through missiles. In negotiations, we only make them understand those concessions,” Qalibaf wrote on his X account on Friday.
He further stressed that “there is no trust in guarantees and words; only actions are the criterion,” adding that “no action will be taken before the other side acts.”
“The winner of any agreement is the one who becomes better prepared for war the day after it,” Qalibaf said in the third part of his message.
