Ayatollah Khamenei responded to a letter from activists in the field of population growth. The Leader's message was released on Iran's National Population Day.
The Leader highlighted that one of the significant achievements of the third Sacred Defense and the remarkable awakening of the nation is the emergence of Iran as a powerful and influential country, emphasizing that maintaining this status and improving it further is directly connected to population growth.
He addressed the importance of population growth and its relationship with the strength and civilization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, emphasizing the increasing efforts of grassroots activists in promoting population growth and encouraging a culture of childbearing.
“If the Iranian nation seriously follows the correct policy of increasing the population,” he wrote, “it will be able to experience great roles and strategic leaps in the future." He added that this would help Iran take big steps toward building a new Islamic civilization.
