Araghchi, Lavrov discuss regional, global developments
TABNAK, May 14 - Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, held talks on Thursday to discuss regional and international developments on the sidelines of a BRICS foreign ministers’ meeting in the Indian capital.

The two top diplomats reviewed the latest developments in West Asia, as well as broader international interactions, during their meeting.
Araghchi, who arrived in New Delhi on Wednesday evening for the two-day BRICS gathering, had earlier held separate bilateral meetings with the foreign ministers of Malaysia and Brazil before sitting down with Lavrov.
The BRICS foreign ministers’ meeting runs through Friday and brings together senior diplomats from the bloc’s member states.
