IRGC strikes US, Israeli targets in fresh wave of attacks

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announces that its naval forces carried out a series of strikes against US and Israeli-linked targets across the Persian Gulf region as part of the latest phases of Operation True Promise-4.

The IRGC, in its newest statement on Tuesday, said the attacks were conducted in the 87th and 88th waves of the operation, describing them as rapid and successful strikes against US and Israeli military assets.

IRGC naval forces destroyed four sites linked to US and Israeli personnel through intelligence-led operations.

Among the targets was an early-warning radar system used by US forces to guide F-16 fighter jets, which the IRGC announced was deployed outside a base along the Dhahran coast in Saudi Arabia.

The Guard also claimed it destroyed a covert US command-and-control center located outside the Al Minhad Air Base in the United Arab Emirates using precision missiles. The facility was said to host more than 200 US commanders and officers.

In another operation, drones struck a location in Bahrain where commanders of the US Fifth Fleet were meeting outside their main base.

The IRGC further said it targeted Israeli-linked maritime assets, including a container ship in the Persian Gulf, which it said was hit by ballistic missiles.

Additional strikes destroyed a US anti-drone defense system near Manama airport in Bahrain and damaged two early-warning radars at the Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base in Kuwait.

The IRGC said the Strait of Hormuz remains fully under its control and warned that any hostile activity would be met with missile and drone strikes.
