Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Larijani has told Islamic states that the US has proven it is not loyal to them and that Israel is their enemy.
In an open letter addressed to Muslims and Islamic states on Monday, Larijani explained that Iran was faced with a US-Zionist deceptive invasion while it was negotiating. He said that the invasion was aimed at partitioning Iran.
He noted that none of Muslim states came to Iran’s help while the Iranian nation’s firm will have suppressed the aggressor enemies. He also said that now the enemy is desperate and does not know how to exit its strategic dead-end.
The top security official of Iran noted that his country will continue its path of resistance, while criticizing the Muslim nations that they do not act in accordance with the holy Prophet’s teachings, which call for unity and brotherhood.
He urged the Muslim nations to choose the right side, highlighting that Iran only targeted US bases and interests and the Israeli regime in those Islamic states, according to Mehr.
“Think of the future of Islam,” Larijani said, stressing that “Iran wants all the best for you and does not seek to dominate you by any means.”
Islamic unity with all its strength can ensure the security, transcendence and independence of all countries, Larijani concluded.
