Spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Esmaeil Baqaei said Araqchi will depart Tehran for Baku on Sunday, December 7.
Araqchi is going to hold talks with the Azeri president and foreign minister during the trip.
The high-profile meetings will focus on Tehran-Baku relations as well as regional and international developments.
