Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani has met Russian president’s special envoy for Syria Alexander Lavrentiev in Tehran on Tuesday.
During this meeting, the two sides discussed developments related to Syria and regional cooperation.
Lavrentiev also met on Monday with Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi at the venue of the Iranian Foreign Ministry in Tehran, IRNA reported.
