TABNAK, Aug, 27: Iranian Deputy Minister of Economy and Head of Customs Organization Mohammad Rezwani-Far said the country’s non-oil trade with 15 neighboring countries has reached US$26.857 billion during the five months, showing 16 percent rise comparing to similar period in the year before.
The amount of Iran’s trade with neighbors weights 43.579 million tons during the five months, indicating 10 percent increase as well.
The UAE, Turkey, Iraq, Pakistan and Russia have been respectively Iran’s main trade partners during the mentioned period.
Iran’s trade with the key neighbors include the UAE with US$11 billion trade, Turkey US$6 billion, Iraq US$4.8 billion, Pakistan US$1.1 billion and Russia US$969 million.
The amount of Iran’s exports to neighbors hit US$13.402 billion during the period.
