TABNAK, Aug, 27: Araqchi in a phone call with Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi said, “Hopefully, Tehran-Muscat relations are developing in all fields, and continuous consultations between the two sides in various fields, including regional matters will serve mutual interests and solve the issues.”
Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, for his part, referred to Oman’s efforts to expand bilateral ties with Iran, saying, “Muscat supports continuous political consultations between the two countries.”
Iran and Oman enjoy close relations at various levels. Oman has historically mediated between Iran and the United States and it continues its efforts in this regard.
