Ahmad Akalin, in an interview with Iran Press, stated that Iran holds a pivotal cultural position owing to the power of the Persian language and its historic cities such as Isfahan, Tabriz, and Shiraz.
In another part of his remarks, the Deputy Director of the ECO Cultural Institute referred to the close relations between Iran and Turkey, emphasizing that the cultural affinity between the two nations transcends geographical boundaries.
